Sandy and Francis Tull own and operate Southview Farm in Mount Morris, Michigan.

Where the horses’ best interest always comes first

Southview Farm is located in Mount Morris, Michigan, approximately 10 miles North of Flint and 30 miles South of Saginaw, with easy access to I-69, I-75, and US-23.

Sandy and her staff focus on individualized care to ensure happy, healthy horses. Seven large, grass pastures with wood fencing provide ample turn-out on the 80 acre farm. Water is available at all times and troughs are emptied and scrubbed regularly. Daily turn-out is tailored to each horses’ needs, including individual, group, half-day, etc. Boot and blanket changing is provided at no extra charge.

Large, airy stalls, many with windows, are cleaned daily and picked throughout the day. All stalls have mats and are bedded with low-dust pine shavings. Water is monitored throughout the day and buckets are scrubbed weekly. Horses receive grain twice daily, with owner-provided supplements fed at no extra charge. Grass/alfalfa mix hay is provided 3-4 times daily, varying with pasture quality.

The attached indoor arena is a spacious 60′ x 200′ with 90 feet of mirrors which is raked, dragged, and hand-watered regularly. The fenced 20m x 60m outdoor arena provides a great opportunity to practice for the show season or enjoy a nice ride outdoors.

Southview Farm also offers numerous amenities for riders and visitors including a heated observation room with large windows, ample seating, restroom, and a full kitchen. A wash rack with hot and cold water is available year-round.
